Oxford was delighted to have earned the #10 spot in The Real Deal’s ranking of New York City real estate firms, based on agent count. We’ve been growing by leaps and bounds since our founding in 2010 and we are thrilled that 450 real estate agents have made the move to Oxford.
Between our 100% commission payout and an entrepreneurial office setting, we strive every day to make Oxford the most dynamic real estate firm in New York City, for our agents and clients alike. That means that we are always investing in new, innovative ways to find the best space for each client, like our state-of-the-art client and agent matching software that we unveiled last year.
We know that building one of the best real estate firms in New York City means that our work is never done, but we know that it is worth the effort. We routinely hear from clients that they love the services that Oxford offers. Our agents tell us that Oxford is what they’ve been looking for in a firm, with a dedication to building a nimble and innovative office space where they are free to come, go and get their deals done on their terms.
Hearing and implementing client and agent feedback is one of the ways that Oxford continues to grow each year. We recognize and value the viewpoints that we hear and do our very best to make sure that Oxford stays agile enough to be able to make constant improvements.
We think that commitment to excellence is part of the reason that Oxford was listed as #20 in the ranking of Manhattan’s top firms by closed deals. Our team at Oxford knows that by listening and working to always streamline deals, more deals will close. That’s why we invested in creating a toolbox that every agent can access that will provide them all of the materials they would need as a real estate agent in New York City from their first day at Oxford.
Recently, The Real Deal also interviewed co-founder Adam Mahfouda for a behind-the-scenes “day-in-the-life-of” feature that included background on how Oxford runs and what a typical day is like, including his wake-up time of 5.30 AM and boxing with his wife.
While everyone at Oxford always knew Adam is deeply committed to the firm, it was a great way to get an inside view of what his day-to-day is like and how he keeps Oxford running smoothly. One of the defining aspects of Oxford is that even though there are so many agents, there are also many different ways of getting to know them.
From holiday parties to agents being featured in the Oxford newsletter, Oxford makes a point to keep the firm culture feeling friendly and open, and the profile of Adam was another great example of that in action.
We hope that you have a chance to read The Real Deal’s coverage of Oxford this past month and look forward to sharing future coverage with you!
