MIDTOWN EAST

The heart of business in the city, Midtown East is hugely busy and populated during business hours. A growing number of bars and restaurants mean that this area now bustles beyond 9 to 5. Luxurious high rises, brownstones, and newer construction designer apartment buildings compose the available living spaces here. This neighborhood is home to beautiful and historic Grand Central Station, the United Nations, leading business offices, and the Roosevelt Island Tram. Smaller neighborhoods such as Beekman, Tudor City, and Sutton Place offer respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bounded by 40th to 59th Streets and the East River to 5th Avenue.
