Since 2007, Suzanne Unrein has specialized in the dynamic areas of downtown Manhattan, and the brownstone neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan. With an artistic background in painting and film, she helps her clients create the perfect environment for selling their residences and guides them to the ideal architectural and design match for their new home. Sellers can rely on Suzanne to correctly price their property through a deep understanding of market trends and an extensive understanding of current relative sales. Her calm presence and ability to listen to her client’s needs offers a stability to what can sometimes be a stressful time. Having worked with numerous International and bi-coastal buyers, Suzanne has helped guide them through every aspect of the NYC real estate transaction process. From finding that perfect home, to negotiating to an accepted offer, to the numerous steps to closing. Whether they are looking for advice on investment properties or prepping for the co-op board interview, she will go the extra mile to clarify the process and make sure their needs are met throughout. Suzanne has worked for over 10 years with Bryony Atkinson in Los Angeles to help bi-coastal buyers and sellers move effortlessly from one city to the other. Through a devotion to team work, solid communication and timing, they have had exceptionally happy clients that make up the core of their repeat business and customer referrals. Suzanne has lived in vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn since 1994. Her art background has led to solo painting exhibits in New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas. She has also worked as an associate producer on two independent films: 3 Days of Rain, that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and The Open Road. Her travels have taken her to Mexico, Cuba, Europe, Southeast Asia and South Africa, where she created an art project with famed Lion Whisperer, Kevin Richardson, to raise money and awareness to the rapid decline of large carnivores.
